Apparently the town of Frannie (about 12 miles from here) has had some budget cuts. They are, however, still concerned about traffic safety. Look closely inside the car. :)

Isn't that ridiculous! My dad fell for it though. They had a couple of weddings the other weekend, so they were up to Billings a couple of times in a couple of days and he told my mom, "man, that guy never moves!" She enlightened him on their apparent "budget cuts."
ha ha! even though i know its a dummy it still makes me slow down! i'm afraid one of these days there will be a 'real' cop in there and when he pulls me over he will laugh at me and say..."you thought it was a dummy, didn't you?" :)
The first time I saw something like this was a little town in eastern Washington that I-90 runs through. They had it at the edge of town when we were on our way to summer camp.
